I am passionate, dedicated, and have a love of learning. With a strong commitment to justice and equitability, I strive to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment where every student can flourish. As a lifelong learner myself, I continuously seek opportunities to expand my knowledge and stay current with the latest educational practices. My expertise lies in cross-discipline teaching, allowing me to make meaningful connections between different subjects and demonstrate their real-world applications. I am fueled by my enthusiasm and creativity, always finding innovative ways to inspire and motivate my students.

Outside school...

I am a reader, a writer, and a seeker of adventure. I'm an avid traveler who finds joy in exploring diverse cultures and discovering hidden gems around the world. You can typically find me at home, curled up with my dogs (Bucky & Doe) and my cats (Padmé and Sabé), walking my bearded dragon (Syrax), hanging out with my gecko (Dexter), reading a book, or writing a book of my own. I'm obsessed with languages; if I could have one superpower, it would be to speak all of them. By the end of every night, you'll catch me desperately trying to keep up with my Duolingo streak. I am always trying to find time to connect with nature through hiking or kayaking – I love learning about the flora & fauna I encounter wherever I go to remind myself of who we share the planet with. Although my green thumb may be a work in progress, I haven't given up on my dream of being a successful plant parent. Let's share our passions and embark on meaningful journeys together!
